Employment Verification

UMMC provides Experian Verify for all employment verification from employers, banks, mortgage companies, and social services. Click here to access the Experian Verify website. 

The Experian Verify service is updated daily to ensure information is current. The service includes all current employees and employees who separated on or after 01/01/2018.

Employment Verification Letters: The Experian Verify service provides employment verification letters. Employees can create a free account to access these features (and more) on the Experian Verify website.

Employment Verification Forms: Employees needing assistance with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), financial aid programs, or other forms should scan and email their completed forms to HRVerify@umc.edu or fax to (601) 815-0476. The HR Service Center will complete the employer certification and return the form to your UMMC email within 3 business days.
